Last updated: March 13, 2026

Seripap LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates under the names Builds.org, Seripap Software Company, and Relay. We respect your privacy and are committed to collecting as little personal data as possible. Our applications are designed to work locally on your Mac — your data stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

Our Applications

Our macOS applications are built to operate locally. We do not collect, transmit, or store your files, database credentials, connection details, or any content you work with inside our apps. All such data remains exclusively on your device.

When our apps check for updates, minimal technical information may be transmitted, such as the current app version, your operating system version, and general hardware identifiers. This information is used solely to deliver the correct update.

Application performance data, crash reports, and diagnostic telemetry are collected through PostHog (see Analytics below). This data does not contain personal information or user content.

Our Website

When you visit our website, our servers may log standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL. Server logs are retained for a limited period and are used only for security monitoring and aggregate analytics.

Analytics

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics, product metrics, application performance data, crash reports, and diagnostic telemetry across our website and applications. This may include information such as page views, feature usage, session duration, device type, general location (country/region level), crash logs, error traces, and application performance metrics. This data is used to understand how our products are used, identify and resolve issues, monitor stability, and guide improvements. No personal information or user content is included in telemetry data. You can enable or disable telemetry and analytics collection at any time within the settings of our applications. Website analytics are separate and are governed by your browser and cookie preferences. PostHog’s own privacy policy governs how they process data on our behalf.

2. Purchases & Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you purchase a license, Stripe may share with us your name, email address, billing address, and transaction details. We do not have access to your full credit card number or payment credentials. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.
