Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Relay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

License

Relay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software subject to the following conditions:

• One license per person, up to 3 devices
• Personal or commercial use permitted
• No redistribution or resale of the software
• No reverse engineering or modification

License Types & Billing

Relay is available as an annual license:

• Annual License: Provides full access to Relay for one year. Includes all updates during the license period. Auto-renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Access ends when the license expires
• Free Trial: A time-limited trial requiring an email address. After the trial expires, a license must be purchased to continue using the app

By purchasing, you agree to:

• Automatic annual renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes with 30 days notice before renewal
• No refunds for partial license periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Relay to:

• Access databases without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent license restrictions or copy protection
• Share your license with unauthorized users

Disclaimer of Warranties

Relay is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use Relay at your own risk and are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Relay or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the software.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Relay will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of Relay after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
